Nativity Scene
I collect Willow Tree Statues. Last year Daddy was able to find part of the Willow Tree Nativity Scene for me. I have been looking forward to Christmas so that I can display it. We decided to decorate early for Christmas in our home and set up our nativity scene. Of course Hailey wanted to help me set it up, and play with it. After talking with her about the importance of it, and that it was fragile I think she understood she couldn't play with it like her other toys. The next day while shopping at Target I found the Little People Children's Nativity Set. I was super excited to find a nativity scene that Hailey can play with, and that we can also use to teach her about the true meaning of Christmas.

I've been thinking about getting one of those little people nativities, I'm glad she's enjoying it! I'm currently trying to convince my husband that we need to pull out all our christmas stuff before I go into the hospital. He's holding out under the seperation of Holildays belief, but I think I'll win :) Hope you have a fun thanksgiving!!
ReplyDeleteIt is always a good idea to have those Christmas ornaments that the kids can play with so the others survive the season. Hunter loves his Nutcrackers he can play with at Grandma's house. Love all you pictures!
ReplyDeleteEveryone with kids needs a little people nativity set! We've had ours for a couple years and love it! All the updates of Addison are so cute. What a doll!
