Father's Day was a special day...Addison was able to stay with us in our room. She did well in the NICU and all of her tests came back negative. We were extremely excited to have her with us. She even brought Daddy a Father's Day card she made in the NICU with her footprints. It was difficult having Addison away from us, but all of the staff at Kaiser Fontana was wonderful and kept us up to date with what was going on.
We had visitors all day since they could actually see Addison. Uncle Mike, Auntie Natalie, MacKenzie, and Bryce (in the belly) stopped by. We were given a special lunch to celebrate... it looked beautiful and actually tasted good! The best part of the day was when Auntie Terri and Peyton brought Hailey to see her baby sister for the first time. She was so excited! Hailey was able to see her sister and give her Daddy a special gift for Father's Day. We had already gave him a gift at home, but saved a small gift for the hospital. I was also excited to see Hailey since we are hardly ever apart. Auntie Staci, Calista, Delaney, and the Nephites came as well. It was so sweet... when Rachael came in Hailey said, "Look Rachael my baby is here." We were so blessed to have so many visitors.
Happy Halloween!
