Christmas Day

I love Christmas Day!! I love the excitement and joy when Hailey opens her gifts. It was extra fun this year having Addison open gifts as well. I am so thankful for my amazing family, and they are the best gift I could ever ask for.

We started Christmas morning at our house around 7 a.m. Daddy was exhausted because he worked the night before. He really only got about 3 1/2 hrs. of sleep. He was a trooper and tried his best to be involved/awake. Santa, Daddy, and Mommy spoiled both girls.

We then headed to Papa's house where we opened gifts and ate breakfast. We were thankful to spend time with Caleb before he left to his Dad's house.

The festivities ended at GGPA and GGMA's house. There we met up with Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. We opened more gifts and got even more spoiled.

Unfortunately, Daddy had to go to work that afternoon. We returned home and had naps. We played all night with our new toys. Overall it was an amazing Christmas!

Christmas Eve

This year Daddy had to work Christmas Eve, so we were a little bummed. For the past two years we have had dinner at our house. Since Daddy was gone, Papa hosted it. It was nice being with family. After our meal we played a fun game. When we came home I bathed the girls and we had to get things ready for Santa. Hailey already knew exactly what she was leaving Santa and his reindeer, including chocolate milk. Hailey also had to say goodbye to Elfie since she wouldn't see him again until next year.

Squash

The pictures don't show Addison's real feelings about squash..... yuck! We have found that Addison really doesn't like to eat anything including rice cereal, oatmeal, squash, and bananas. All she wants is a bottle. We haven't given up yet, even though she spits out everything that goes in. What a little stinker!

Squeeky Clean

We love bath time! Addison constantly wants to sit up now, so we had to bring the small bath in the large tub. Hailey thought it was so cool and squeezed in with her.

Houses

Gingerbread house time!! Family and friends came over for a night of pizza, goodies, and decorating houses. We bought a house this year that was already standing since last year Daddy had to caulk it to stay together! Everyone had an amazing time and all of the houses looked awesome!
