Today was a very special day for Hailey!! It was her first day at church as a Sunbeam. We had been talking about it all week and she was so excited. She would constantly go around the house singing "Jesus Wants Me For a Sunbeam" and talking about going to a new class with a new teacher.
It is so fun watching her grow up and be excited about church. We have the missionaries over to eat, read the scriptures, say family prayer, and go to church, but you never really know just what they retain. Just recently she shared two things that I was somewhat
surprised about, but very happy to know she is getting something. I wanted to document those things...
*While holding Hailey at church during sacrament she whispered in my ear that the missionaries were sitting right behind us. I turned around and sure enough two new sister missionaries were sitting there. It made me happy to know she knew who the missionaries were.
*While driving if Hailey sees something large being built, or if it is a big white building she gets excited and says, "Look, it's the temple! That is where we go to dance." It is so cute!
